The accommodation
A recently renovated apartment comprising a living room with panoramic views of the sea and salt marshes, and two bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. It is located on the 4th floor (accessible by stairs).
The apartment entrance leads to the living room, which features a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue, coffee tables, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and washing machine). It opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and two chairs for outdoor dining.
The three other doors accessible from the entrance lead to:
- a spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, a vanity with a mirror and storage, and a toilet.
- bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and panoramic views of the surrounding nature, as well as its own private shower room with a vanity, a large mirror, and a large shower. It also has a built-in wardrobe for easy storage.
- bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and storage furniture.
The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with recently installed air conditioning for cooling and comfort. Warm depending on the season.
The apartment has high-speed fiber optic internet (download speeds between 350 and 550 Mbps, and upload speeds between 100 and 200 Mbps).
All windows are equipped with blackout blinds to darken the bedrooms at night.

Please note that the apartment is located on the fourth floor to the right, accessible by stairs.
The train line connecting Faro to Monte Gordo passes beneath the apartment, but it is very quiet and there are no trains between 10:30 PM and 6:30 AM.
